fiæn is a perfume house founded by Channa Cohn.
Most perfume is one bottle, sold the same way to everyone. We make a wardrobe instead. Three perfumes and two modifiers, made to be worn alone or layered.
A fashion house shows a season, not a single dress. We work the same way.
We start with five bottles. Each new season adds to the wardrobe, and every new bottle is made to layer with the ones before it.
Every bottle will carry a tag in its base. Tap it with your phone to see the batch, the materials and the people who made it.
We want young designers to shape the house. Students from European design schools will work on our campaigns, bottles and spaces. Their names go on the work, and we pay for what we use.
We buy materials the big fragrance labs have already refined and tested. We say what we buy. We never claim science we cannot show you.
